BlueOptima is running our fourth Sales Recruitment Event, and we would love for you to be involved!Our London Sales Team is once again expanding, and we are seeking individuals who are interested in the tech space and software and are looking to grow a career in enterprise sales rapidly. We are seeking motivated individuals looking to kick start their sales careers, and have a keen interest in delivering value through software whilst solving strategic problems. We’re organising a one-day event to select the successful candidates. We want you to have as immersive an experience as possible, for you to get a glimpse into the role as well as demonstrate your skills and potential, through a variety of tasks and exercises. You will get to meet our Sales Managers, as well as members of the team and other departments. Following the assessment, we’ll look to confirm 5 successful candidates! Our in-person event is on Monday 1st July 2024 at our London Office (in Elephant and Castle), with the role starting Monday 29th July 2024.
  • Salary : Base: £30,000, OTE: £42,000 (uncapped commission)

Sales Development Representatives are a fundamental part of our wider Sales Team. These individuals drive success by conducting the initial contact with Senior Stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies, understanding their pain points and needs, delivering real value, and creating opportunities to feed our sales pipeline.At BlueOptima we believe in growth and development, therefore we provide clear Sales Career pathways to all new joiners. Once SDRs are fully ramped they can immediately begin developing end-to-end enterprise sales skills (deal progression, stakeholder management, etc…)
