Rate candidates

Within the recruiting process, Taledo offers you the possibility to rate candidates.
No matter whether the assessment takes place after an initial screening or a first telephone call.
Taledo offers two different systems that are used independently of each other:

Stars: Similar to Google, you rate candidates in a range from 1 to 5 stars. This system provides you with a quick overview of promising processes.

Comments: Write unlimited written comments on candidates. Each team member can add comments.

The feature is suitable for asynchronous and sustainable recruiting processes. Everyone involved can access the feedback of the team members at any time. In addition, tasks can be easily controlled through simple tagging (using an @ + name of the team member).
As soon as you need feedback or answers on a process, you simply tag the responsible managers. Once a member is tagged, email notifications are sent automatically.
